The Lee men's and women's tennis programs, under the direction of fourth-year head coach Patric Hynes, are hosting a free Lee Tennis Clinic on Nov. 6-8.

The clinic is open to kids ages 7-18 and will take place each afternoon from 4:30-6:30 p.m at the Devos Tennis Center in the heart of the Lee University campus.

Campers will be treated to three fun-filled afternoons during the beautiful fall season of early November. The players of the camp will learn the game of tennis from current members of the Lee men's & women's tennis teams.
Under the direction of Hynes the Flames and Lady Flames have produced all-conference players and posted back-to-back winning seasons in each of the past two seasons playing in the Gulf South Conference, one of the toughest NCAA D2 leagues in the nation.

"We wanted to be able to give something back to our community and also let people get to know our players," said coach Hynes. "This camp is going to give us the opportunity to accomplish both of these things.  The camp will be an opportunity for young players to come out and learn the great game of tennis and we are very excited to host this."

Roy Exum: Dumb Ain’t A Crime

As half of America wonders how a Texas school superintendent still has a job, the other half of the country now understands that being dumb is no crime. Minutes after the Houston Texans dropped a ugly 20-17 loss to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, an upset educator – obviously with a full head of steam -- pounded this sentence out on his Facebook page: “That may have been the most ...
